After filling numerous parameters the RMT will spit out a document that covers this in a complete Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). The required measures are easily accessible on the RMT for every stakeholder involved. Solution: As the name suggests the RMT provides the client with gear to manage the operational labor and the calculate the risk that comes with. Within two weeks our development team together with the business owner and the product owner built a solution that controls the entire risk cycle. Every part of the application is built with a customer centric focus. The forms and pages are all built for intuitive purposes with validations and restrictions to only create valid and useful results. Next to this through notifications the users are notified if any amendments need to be made or if anything is wrong or missing. The companies administrator has access to all the information and documentation needed to operate the application.
Results: Now that the RI&E processes are completely automatic and digitalized the users are able to easily and effectively execute their risk assessment. The assessment is case-to-case specified and no longer just a generic document. All in all, with the help of Mendix we created an application that greatly increased the operational efficiency for the company of the client
