A request can flow back and forth between the users as additional information is added to a request for pricing and any changes required to the details of the request. This is a very manual process, and makes tracking and reporting of active requests, and their statuses very challenging. It's also hard for users to know in which state a request would currently be in. It is critical that the future solution be accessible on a mobile device.

Solution: A robust solution that is accessible on web and mobile devices. Freight requests can be logged with all the relevant information. The flow between the different roles are seamless with email notifications on each step. Easily access dashboard pages to view requests per status and the total number of requests for each. With the mobile specific pages giving the end user a mobile application feel, users can easily amend and approve requests when not in the office on their mobile devices. Level 1 built in reporting and access to the raw data, make it easy for business to get the needed information from the system any time as needed.
