Solution: A role based access solution, where all the different levels of users will have access to the correct information. All employees are able to nominate other employees for the relevant awards. Awards can differ and some have their own categories to apply where needed. All supporting documentation can be viewed during the review process. Easy dashboard access to nominate as well as get visibility of the awarded and decline nominations. Data is imported from the HR system to keep the system updated with employees changes.
