Generali: One app to manage your entire world

A platform for everything and everyone. Generali used a large Excel file to create bids for different companies. This Excel file was constantly updated and was available in the cloud for anyone to access. The data used for calculations was stored in this Excel file, which meant that only the most recently updated file provided the user with the correct calculation. Generally, they needed a unified (and more controlled) solution for creating these bids. This solution should be able to cover the entire prevention process cycle. Excel and PDF files should be able to be generated from the solution, and the final files could then be shared with the client from this same tool.

Solution: A faster and more effective pre-sales process than ever before. The app is already implemented in 8 countries and helps accelerate the pre-sales process effectively, resulting in increased sales and efficiency. It also serves to demonstrate to customers, and the industry, that Generali is at the forefront of technology in its sector.

Results: The time to market for this app was 15 weeks, created by two back-end developers, one front-end developer, and one scrum master. Generali has many plans to grow the app in the future, and is constantly updating it to ensure it always meets the company's current needs.
