Solution: We built a bespoke service portal for our employees so that their workflows are supported as effectively as possible. Our one stop shop allows them to help customers troubleshoot, buy, and change information and products.
Results: Our service stores have helped smooth the transition to all the new technologies within OVPay and the SMP has made it possible to help a lot of customers get and use their new OVPay products.
