Alfam was looking for a modern application that could, among other things, handle the onboarding of new distribution partners and automatically process notifications from external partners such as the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).

Business Need: Alfam was looking for a modern application that could, among other things, handle the onboarding of new distribution partners and automatically process notifications from external partners such as the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).

Solution: Aquila developed a new Partner Relationship Management solution, a modern solution for managing Alfam's distribution partners. This solution enables: 1. Supporting the primary processes related to distribution partner management 2. Providing a clear overview for commercial management 3. Developing campaign and event marketing activities 4. Compliance with internal and external laws and regulations

Results: Approach? Clear agreements, Agile working method. We started with a Sprint 0, which laid the foundation for the project. In this phase, we: - determined the collaboration method - established the project organization - reviewed the requirements, wishes, and phases - developed the project start-up architecture - deployed an existing Aquila Customer Relationship solution and adapted it to Alfam's specific needs, serving as an initial concept and starting point for further development.
