Metis was disappointed in the existing notarial software, which could not offer what they were looking for. Their requirement was to work with a process-oriented software system that was efficient and flexible to enable the Metis staff to be fully in control. However, that was not on the market.

Business Need: Metis was disappointed in the existing notarial software, which could not offer what they were looking for. Their requirement was to work with a process-oriented software system that was efficient and flexible to enable the Metis staff to be fully in control. However, that was not on the market.

Solution: Together with Bizzomate, Metis developed a fully process-driven IT system that guides Metis’ employees through the various steps that are necessary to provide excellent service to its clients. All other internal IT systems are integrated into the new system. The ultimate goal is to be more efficient, but above all provide a higher service quality. The solution offers reporting, work load management, CRM, document generation, Avola Decision for flexible process routing and various integration with internal systems (Ricoh) and external services. Mendix forms the front end and it orchetrates the many integrations.

Results: For the various work area's the system is now fully operational and delivers value to the internal users and better service to the clients of Metis.
