General Information

Business Need: The pension fund created a concept for an online course: Reality Check. This course is all about money matters, containing various tests and exercises to raise awareness around financial decisions. This course is directed towards women in the Netherlands. To build this course, we teamed up with Prikkl, an organisation that creates financial content, and Splintt, an organisation that provides e-learning modules.

Solution: What made this project stand out to us was the collaboration with two other parties: Prikkl provided the content for the course, Splintt created the design and the educational modules, and we built the interactive components. Thanks to close cooperation and clear communication, we hardly encountered any problems and the course was ready for use in no time.
The course is made up of a landing page and several modules containing a.o. interactive questionnaires, graphic depictions of results, info boxes and PDF downloads. Each of these components is connected to the next, creating custom results and advice for each participant.
The data from the questionnaires are stored and analysed to make the modules even more effective. For example, we look at where people drop out during the questionnaire and whether we see any correlation with other aspects of the questionnaires. This way we can optimize the questions and personalize them further, so that even more participants will complete them.

Results: An accessible, easy-to-use solution to raise awareness around finances. Using interactive components, the course creates custom advice and suggestions for its participants.
