For this, it is necessary to have a team maturity scan in place that does not only gives insight, but also provides the team with a spot-on team assignment to help the team grow to the next level. Het Adviesbureau already had an existing Excel application for this maturity scan, but wanted more than what was possible with Excel. For this reason they have been looking for an upgrade. The new application had to have automated processes, the ability to generate leads, secure data collection from customers and a dynamic interaction with the user. It was also important for Het Adviesbureau that the application could be put into use quickly.

Solution: We have built an application that supports and provides data during the entire process of the team. Recording moments are put together for the teams and at the push of a button the surveys are send to the team members at the desired recording moments. At the end of the survey, the application calculates the team score of that moment and gives the user insight into the results of his team. For the lowest scoring topic of the survey, the team gets a team assignment. This differs every recording moment. Het Adviesbureau also had a specific expectation for the styling of the application. We have therefore opted for a playful, contemporary but also fresh look. We also have a lead generator built in, so that interested parties can sign up and go through the survey themselves.
Results: With the TeamGrow application, new commercial opportunities are created for Het Adviesbureau. They can attract new customers with the application and better serve their current customers. Administrative tasks are taken care of by the application, saving time and costs. Because the application is modular, we can easily make changes and add functionality with a relatively small team. TeamGrow has laid the foundation for a complete platform.
