Solution: • Integrate the complete review process of De Brauw into a user-friendly customized application ] • Includes automatic process steps and email notifications • Link with Profit (AFAS) for collecting and sending employee and assessment data • Link with the Active Directory for the "Folder" of the different user roles and the integration with SAML as a single sign-on • And of course, bring a complete assessment system live including data migration, which will ultimately be used by 700 employees.
Results: The entire complex process is not fully automated and is ideal in supporting busy fee-eaners. It is now possible to run a transparant and efficient review method that supports the complex review process within a law firm. AFAS only supports a standard review process and that was not sufficient for De Brauw.
