Lawyers have many different cases and clients. It takes time to prepare, especially if you have to gather information from various sources. De Brauw wants to collect the information from the different systems in one system.

Business Need: Lawyers have many different cases and clients. It takes time to prepare, especially if you have to gather information from various sources. De Brauw wants to collect the information from the different systems in one system.

Solution: The solution was to develop a new system (Client Dashboard) that gathers information from the various sources. Technical aspects of the client dashboard: • Aggregation across all client entities • Single Sign On • Integrations with core systems • Click through to systems where necessary • Available via mobile, tablet and web

Results: As a result the first version of the client dashboard went live after 2 sprints of 2 weeks. After a period of using this MVP a phase 2 was started and new features were added that the CRM did not support, like account planning.
