Solution: A custom sales opportunity management application was developed on the Mendix low-code platform. The application provides centralized opportunity records, role-based access, and configurable approval workflows aligned with the organization’s sales process.

Results: Sales opportunity management was transitioned from spreadsheets to a single Mendix application, which is now used as the primary system for creating, reviewing, and approving opportunities.
