General Information

Business Need: The organization needed a single, centralized entry point to provide employees with access to internal information, services, and business processes. Existing systems and tools were fragmented across multiple applications, links, and platforms, making it difficult to ensure consistent access, governance, and integration across the organization.

Solution: A unified corporate portal was built on the Mendix low-code platform, serving as a single entry point for internal information, services, workflows, and integrated systems, with role-based content, Microsoft 365 calendar integration, centralized access to external applications, and secure document handling.

Results: The organization now operates a single corporate portal that serves as the primary access point for employees. Key value areas include: - internal information, services, and processes are accessed through one application - business workflows are executed centrally within Mendix - users authenticate via single sign-on and access integrated systems seamlessly - documents and attachments are managed consistently across processes
