Business Need: The clients customers faced challenges with manual tracking and documentation of welding operations, leading to potential errors and compliance risks. Additionally, there was no digital integration for controlling welding machines, slowing down processes and limiting traceability.
Solution: We developed a native mobile app for iOS and Android that connects to welding machines via Bluetooth, automatically collects welding data, and uploads it to a centralized web portal. The app ensures seamless machine control, accurate data capture, and easy integration into the client’s existing workflows.
Results: Over 1,000 users benefit from this solution. Compliance and traceability of welding processes are fully ensured, and the client has made a significant step forward in their digital platform solution.
