Results: The solution delivered a significant step change in how master data is managed, shifting from manual, error-prone processes to a streamlined, governed approach. Manual validation and data entry activities were largely eliminated through process automation, directly reducing operational effort and increasing throughput. At the same time, data integrity is ensured by design, with validation embedded upfront so only high-quality, compliant data enters the GxP-regulated OMP environment. Through integration with Snowflake, the organization now operates on real-time, up-to-date data, improving decision-making and reducing inconsistencies across systems.
