Solution: A mobile-first inspection solution that seamlessly integrates with Odoo to streamline vehicle and driver inspections from request to completion. Inspection assignments are automatically received per driver, after which inspectors complete a guided digital workflow covering interior, exterior, compliance items, and overall vehicle condition. The solution enables structured data capture through dynamic questionnaires, while allowing inspectors to instantly upload photographic evidence of key assets such as registration documents, first aid kits, accessories, and damage findings. Once the inspection is completed, all images are automatically stored in Nextcloud, while the full inspection results are synchronized back to Odoo through secure API integration. This creates a fully digital, end-to-end process with real-time visibility, standardized quality checks, faster reporting, and one single source of truth across operations.

Results: The new mobile inspection solution significantly increased inspector productivity by providing a fast and intuitive user experience, allowing more inspections to be completed each day with less administrative effort.
