Solution: A custom Mendix ERP system, "Nova," built with The Orange Force to replace CARU's previous OutSystems build and legacy system. Used by sales, operations, and maintenance teams across offices in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, and Brazil — most teams work in it 95% of the time — to manage interconnected sales, rental, and transport orders. Includes hundreds of role-specific custom views; The Orange Force migrated only active, essential data while keeping historical data accessible via Power BI for a stable go-live. "Mendix, combined with The Orange Force's hands-on partnership, gave us exactly what we needed, a system that works the way our people work," said COO Carlo Zaalberg.
