Business Need: ANW Nederland schedules more than 500 doctors across 75 planning pools for evening, night, weekend and on-call services. Due to their unique planning processes, complex shift structures and the need for clear availability management, existing scheduling solutions could not fully meet the organization’s requirements.
Solution: CAPE developed a custom Mendix platform and mobile app that supports the entire process, from availability management and scheduling to care registration, reporting and invoicing. The solution provides role-based experiences for doctors, planners, healthcare organizations and care center staff, ensuring each user has access to the information relevant to their role. It also supports complex scheduling scenarios, including shifts that span multiple days, while combining planning, registrations and accountability data within a single integrated platform.
